All fees will include attendance at the conference sessions, morning and afternoon refreshment breaks, lunch and the Conference Dinner on Tuesday 9 July.

Accommodation at Churchill College, Cambridge
Overnight accommodation at Churchill College in student rooms will be available for the nights of Sunday 7, Monday 8 and Tuesday 9 July. This can be booked with your delegate registration.
In a campus-style, green site on the west of Cambridge's city centre, many of the rooms at Churchill College overlook Churchill’s inner courtyards or the College’s surrounding grounds and gardens.
The light, generous single rooms are spacious, comfortable and functional. We have a choice of en-suite and standard rooms available. All standard (non en-suite) rooms are fitted with wash hand basins. All rooms have free wi-fi Internet access and breakfast in the College dining hall is included in the price.

Symposium Dinner at St John's College, Cambridge
The dinner on Tuesday 9 July is the main social event of the Conference providing an opportunity to network with colleagues and speakers. The cost is included in the fees above.
Booking
Authors will be required to register and pay the fees above. The registration fee will cover the presentation of one paper.

Cancellations
Substitutions may be made at any time. Bookings cancelled less than 10 working days prior to the event will be charged in full.
We reserve the right to modify the programme of any event up to the day of the event. It may, in exceptional circumstances, be necessary to cancel or rearrange an event at short notice. The University can accept no liability for loss caused by cancellation or rearrangement. Its liability is limited to refund of the registration fee if the event is cancelled.
